My Last Menstrual Period Were On 9-13 Oct. Now In

My last menstrual period were on 9-13 Oct. now in nov 12 as we were planning a baby i checked through home test but no pregnancy was found again on 17 Nov i checked and found light positive result on stick and now it is darken mean positive. Yesterday i went to Dr. and she done my u/s she said its early pregnancy in size she mentioned bulky position A/V for endometrial echo it was thick remaining things are normal but she also mentioned poorly formed sac than i became upset why is everything fine i even asked her and she noded her head. Please guide me is everything is okay and i often have menstrual pain. Age 33 height 5-4" and weight is 68 please guide me
