My Last Normal Period Was Oct 8. I Took Pregnancy

My last normal period was Oct 8. I took pregnancy tests a nan d they came back positive ... my next cycle was due November 4th but it was late... it came on November 19th ...I was bleeding light for 10 days ...it went off November 28th... I ended up with breast milk and still have it... my left tube been having sharp pain for 9 or 10 weeks now it's like the more I wait the more it hurts what should I do
