My Last Period Date Is 22nd October 2016 And I

My last period date is 22nd October 2016 and I tested recently at home by using preganews, it seems faint pink line .can u tell me if I'm pregnant or not. My Dr. Suggest me to take fertigyn hp 5000 injection this week before any ultrasonography is it necessary to follow her? Last year I had a faulty pregnancy within next 3 months.
