My Last Period Ended Sept 2... I Normally Have Lots

My last period ended sept 2... I normally have lots of cramps before I'm about to start...nothing . .. On Oct 9 I had bright red watery blood when I wiped... I thought i started...but it only lasted one day. My periods are usually 5-7 days I took a pg test on Oct 8 the day before the watery blood.because my period is late. it was negative
