My Last Period Was 20th March I've Had Unprotected Sex

My last period was 20th March I've had unprotected sex twice since and both times have used the morning after pill my period hasn't started yet and I'm experiencing the occasional sore boobs and ovary pains I've taken a pregnancy test a few days ago which was negative how long will my period be delayed or could I actually be pregnant?
