My Last Period Was October 29th And Took Urine And

My last period was October 29th and took urine and blood test and both came out negative and then I had my friend that works in the E.R scan me with a vaginal ultrasound and she told me my endometrium is very thick and didn't see anything besides that, can I still be pregnant? I thought if its thick it means pregnancy or period and don't have my period and it's been thick for awhile now Please help can't get into a dr till the end of the month and really is killing me not knowing
