My Last Period Was From January 7th Through The 11th,

My last period was from January 7th through the 11th, was normal for me. I have not gotten my period this month. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests that have said negative. But I have not had sex since my last period. I am not sure what to do or what to expect. In search of advice.
