My Last Period Was On 5th December. I Am Under

My last period was on 5th December. I am under infertility tratment. My doctor take me Ovitrop for 14 days. Now the size is 9mm & doctor said to take injection HUCOG 5000.
My question is the egg can ruputer without Hucog 5000 Injection ? It Can ruputer normally or not?
