My Left Arm Is In Extreme Pain From My Shoulder

My left arm is in extreme pain from my shoulder down. Left fingers are tingling numb. Can't move my head without sharp pains shooting down my arm. Felt and heard a crunch sound in my neck two nights ago when I woke up in the night and tried to stretch, debilitating pain now.
