My Left Arm Often Feels Like It Is Vibrating. Every

My left arm often feels like it is vibrating. Every once in a while it flails out. If only happens on my left side. Sometimes I can feel before it is going to flail, but I can't prevent it from happening. I have had I for about two months now. Any idea on what could be causing this?
