My Left Arm Started Hurting Last Night. I Took An

My left arm started hurting last night. I took an ibuprofen and went to bed. I slept well. No similar symptoms when I woke up but now this afternoon, it's hurting again. It's not a sharp, moving pain but hurts enough that it's uncomfortable and annoying. Should I just take another ibuprofen or is it something to be concerned about?
