My Left Arm Was Slightly Swollen And Aching On Sunday

My left arm was slightly swollen and aching on Sunday after golf. By Tuesday morning the inside of my left forearm was extensively bruised. By this afternoon, the outside of my left forearm from the elbow down is now also bruising. I can move my fingers and my arm, bend my elbow and lift, but there is a slight tingling all through the arm and it still aches. The muscles at the top of the forearm between the elbow and the crook of the arm is swollen.
