My Left Breast Has Been Swollen For Almost 4 Months

My left breast has been swollen for almost 4 months now I have been seen by my doctor I had a mammogram and ultrasound then the doctor is letting me know that they see something in the milk ducts however there is not enough for a biopsy and to recheck in 6 months I have a lot of trust in my doctor however should I be getting a second opinion or just wait it out for 6 months I am concerned about IBC however swelling is the only symptom I have
