My Left Breast Is Tender/sore Around The Nipple And Just

My left breast is tender/sore around the nipple and just below the nipple extending towards my underarm. Also, my left underarm gets a slight burning sensation off and on. I also get some discomfort around my left shoulder blade. I have been having gallbladder attacks and recently had my gallbladder removed, but these particular issues are still noticeable. Even while I'm typing this, I feel a different sensation under/on my left arm just below my armpit. What can be causing this?
