My Left Ear - The Tragus Portion Has A Slight

My left ear - the tragus portion has a slight indent on it's rim. I don't feel anything disconnected cartilage or tissue anywhere else, although. This is the first time I noticed this indent. My other ear is fine. When I press on it there is only local pain to that specific area. I have never had any issues with ear infections in the past, or anything of the type. Is this broken cartilage, or something else entirely?
