My Left Ear Felt Blocked, Last Week Wednesday I Had

My left ear felt blocked, last week Wednesday I had a dr flush it out. This week Wednesday I went back to the same dr, she looked in my ear and said the wax in my ear was deep. They made an appointment with an ENT specialist yesterday She vacuumed out my ear ,4 times the vacuum plugged up. She also told me I have a deep ear canal. Today it still feels blocked and I have pain in my upper jaw and the bottom back of my ear. Is this normal? Maybe there is a scratch from the first dr digging in my ear?
