My Left Ear Has Been A Issue For Me For

My left ear has been a issue for me for almost a year now.This all started a year ago when I noticed this puss like clumps coming out of my ear than one day I woke up and my ear was clogged up out of no where never happend before went to the Er and they told me it was just swimmers ear flushed it out and all seemed good. Only it never sat right with me the swimmers ear cause it was winter and I don't swim that often. After a week or so I started to feel a hard bump in my ear canal call my doctor and they said it was probably due to the flushing so I just let it go. But something just always felt off. Recently the clumps of puss cameback and again ear clogged up went to ER same thing. Week later again the bump in my ear it hurts it itches really bad when I push on it when I'm itching it my finger always has like a whitish substance on it. I don't know what to do or what it is and tired of hearing swimmers ear. Sometimes I even feel like my ear feels numb. Any ideas
