My Left Ear Is Blocked. Feels Like It Does When

My left ear is blocked. Feels like it does when you have water in your ears. This has been like this for about two weeks. Tried olive oil, steam treatment, water irrigation etc. Please help. There is no pain just seems like my hearing is muffled but I can still hear pretty well.
