My Left Ear Lobe Is Swollen And Hard But There

My left ear lobe is swollen and hard but there is no pain . I had my ears pierced 3 weeks ago. I have maintained a hygienic environment washed my pillow cover after every alternate days with hot water and dettol. I can see us a small discharge of clear liquid from the pierced hole just negligible amount. Is my ear infected? Thanks
