My Left Ear Started Bleeding On Monday I Went To

My left ear started bleeding on Monday I went to er and they gave me meds sadly the house wont give me those meds

Tonight my right ear started bleeding I stuck paper towel in both ears and they filled up with blood quicky

Iam unable to hear outta both ears should I go to emergency room again ?
