My Left Ear Started To Hurt Significantly More About 1/2an

My left ear started to hurt significantly more about 1/2an hour ago,strange that my Right ear has ached for exactly one week-enough to cry+medicate...i have epilepsy,bad concussion from hitting sink then floor in bathroom..nose bleeding started with vomiting w/in first12hrs.Of course my blood pressure has gone up..took xtra meds-uncontrolled hypertension..kidney disease...what can i do about the horrible ear pain, agonizing headache+how do i stop the bleeding..my blonde hair is pink!
