My Left Eye And Nose Will Not Stop Watering/tingling Respectively.

My left eye and nose will not stop watering/tingling respectively. My left eye is barely open at this point; opening it wide results in instant discomfort and watering, causing extreme blurriness. There is a frequently reoccuring tingling sensation in my left nostril which is extremely uncomfortable and seems to cause more watering from the eye. I do not have a cough or a sore throat. All discomfort is in my nose and eye, and only on one side. Moderate headache is starting to emenate, feels like from the back of my eyes. No known allergies.
