My Left Eye Feels Bruised And It Isn't Visibly Swollen.

My left eye feels bruised and it isn't visibly swollen. I rubbed my eye and I must've rubbed it a bit too hard that it hurt my eye a lot. I shone light on my eye from my phone to check for any visible injuries and there was none but after I used the light I saw massive orange blobs in my vision (a lot were massive squiggly lines)it went away after three minutes
