My Left Eye Feels Like It Has A Muscle Pull

My left eye feels like it has a muscle pull or strain in it. The pain is continuous dull and aching. Pain rises with movement and my vision is blurry from this eye. I have had this pain for about a week. My eyes and now I am very tired. the pain is not enough to keep me from work (I teach) but it is causing undue stress and fatigue...
