My Left Eye Suddenly Crossed & I Felt A Little

My left eye suddenly crossed & I felt a little dizzy, I shut my eyes & shook my head to make it go away which took a couple seconds & I felt a little nausea.

June 22nd had 3 heart stents put in, taking metropolol twice a day and 80 MG of atorvastin plus pravalix & a baby aspirin

What am I experiencing?
