My Left Great Toe Is Painful Yet The Ball Of

My left great toe is painful yet the ball of the same foot feels numb. Also while sitting at my desk at work today my rt leg/outside of thigh started tingling almost like an electical shock that comes and goes. I am overweight but exercise using wts 3 times per week and do kick boxing once per week. I don't remember injuring it lately. I am a 54 yr old female. What could this be?
