My Left Hand Is Normal Body Temperature While My Right

My left hand is normal body temperature while my right hand is freezing cold. Ive noticed it more the past several months. I was stabbed in the left back flank area a year ago april. Do you think this could be nerve damage? What could be causing this? Maybe diabetes? My right hand is so cold right now it almost feels numb. Any ideas?
