My Left Index Finger Keeps Twitching And Sometimes My Thumb

My left index finger keeps twitching and sometimes my thumb . I have stopped smoking for 2 weeks now cold turkey and have also had a bad chest infection which I have had for 2 weeks and just starting to get better. I don't sleep well at night as have separated from my wife and children a year ago ! Could be stress not sure
