My Left Knee Has Been Bothering Me For A Long

My left knee has been bothering me for a long time, the pain is at an 8-9 at times. Sometimes during the day, when i do too much walking at work, but mostly at night when i rest. On heels or flats is the same. Taking Aleve has not help, but better than ibuprofen. Arthritis???
