My Left Knee Just Swelled Up Without Any Reason (no

My left knee just swelled up without any reason (no undo banging it against something or having it hit). It is extremely painful and difficult to walk on. I am wondering if it may be Lyme disease related. I am also feeling pain in my back, but that might be because I am walking in an odd manner because I am limping.
