My Left Labia Is Swollen, I Can't Stand For A

My left labia is swollen, I can't stand for a long period of time without the pain in my vaginal area forcing me to sit down, and I have blood in my urine. I just got of my period a few days ago. I am not taking any medication. I had unprotected sex this past Saturday, December 19th. Help?! I have no insurance and don't want to go to the doctor if I don't need to.
