My Left Leg Behind My Knee Cap Has Been Aching

My left leg behind my knee cap has been aching and almost feels like my leg has poor circulation.
It is only my left leg and at times it tingles and almost feels a little numb up and down the leg and just wondering if it is something to be concerned about.
