My Left Leg Feels Cold A Lot Of The Time.

My left leg feels cold a lot of the time. I sometimes have pain rising from above my buttocks so this suggests to me that it is sciatica. If this is so what an I do ? I suffer from Crohn's disease , this is well controlled with medication: azathioprine, mesazaline and humira. May this also have something to do with it?
