My Left Leg Feels Numb Below The Knee. The Numbness

My left leg feels numb below the knee. The numbness is experienced on the skin. I have trouble walking but after a few minutes I can walk better but not normal. No pain but I feel like it is a pinched nerve. I have been putting cold packs on lower back. I used to be 5 feet 9 inches but now about 5 foot 8 inches. I take pravastins and daypro for joint pain. I try to walk everyday and do 10k step to 15k steps.
