My Left Leg Is Warm And Redness From The Ankle

My left leg is warm and redness from the ankle to the knee.

I have no pain but there is a tingling going on as if it is going to sleep.

I am worried because this leg has been through two knee replacements and my tibia bone would not heal after the second prosthetic was put in so they finally put in cadaver bone which I have had since 2004.

This past year I had to have my right knee prosthetic replaced but they found I had a bacterial infection Mesi not Mesa and I was treated for over a month and the infection is gone now for 5 months. I am waiting replacement surgery on that leg now next month.

This right leg issue just happened in the past two days after I had a slight flu systems I think from a flu shot I had a week ago. This is crazy but can you advise me.
