My Left Leg Was Pulled As An Adjustment Technique A

My left leg was pulled as an adjustment technique a month ago. I have pain down to my knee when I try to walk, it's like a sharp jab. It now moves for a short time allowing me to walk with no pain. I ice and am concerned if I have ligament damage. Shall I get an MRI?
