My Left Nostril Has Been Dripping A Clear Watery Substance

My left nostril has been dripping a clear watery substance and gooey like clear substance. I have not had any head trauma or damage which could cause 'cerebrospinal fluid' but i'm just concerned. Also I recently had a sore throat is it more limey it's just a sinus infection. Thanks
