My Left Shin Has Been Hurting For 3 Weeks Now.

My left shin has been hurting for 3 weeks now. At times usually in the evenings it hurts so bad I can't walk. There's no swelling. i did not hit it. but there is some warmth in the area. It feels pretty good in the morning but progress as the day goes on. But last 2 days a constant dull pain.

Thank you anyway but can't afford the fee. I'm on disability and only have 10.00 left till end of month.
