My Left Shoulder Has A Really Sharp Pain And It

My left shoulder has a really sharp pain and it hurts even more sometimes when I breathe in deeply.

It's only been like this for the last couple of days but I was thinking I have just slept on it wrong. Also I spend all day every day in front of a computer.

is it something I should be worried about?
