My Left Side Of My Left Top Teeth Ache And

My left side of my left top teeth ache and are painful. I sleep on my left side, am going through serious personal stress and saw a dentist last week for a cleaning with good results. I go to dentist quarterly for years. So could this be all three or probably tooth/gum related? Thank you
