My Left Side Of My Neck Is Massively Swollen Due

My left side of my neck is massively swollen due to jui jitsu…. I'm experiencing trouble swallowing and moving my neck, etc… Should i be worried about lymph damage or broken blood vessels? I would prefer to treat at home due to no health insurance
