My Left Side, Right Under My Breast, Right Where My

My left side, right under my breast, right where my ribs are, hurts like hell. For no reason. It started hurting all of a sudden around 10:30 am today. I know i should wait to see if the pain goes away but it hurts so bad im crying. I cant walk very fast and im out of breath very easily. Whats wrong with me?
