My Left Testicle Was Hurting Sunday. Not A Sharp Pain

My left testicle was hurting Sunday. Not a sharp pain but it was uncomfortable. Then it stopped and came back this morning I took ibuprofen for it but now I notice that when I tried to feel my testicle it was hard to feel it. Like some fluid or something was around it and I can barely feel my testicle. What's this problem and how do I fix it? Please help !!!
