My Left Tonsil Is A Little Swollen But Right Tonsil

My left tonsil is a little swollen but right tonsil has about 3 little flesh colored bumps I have not had a sore throat and I discovered them about a week ago until I preformed oral sex on my boyfriend now my throat has become really uncomfortable but it still does not hurt to swollow food or drink. Could this be a STI such as oral warts?
