My Left Tonsil Is Enlarged And Red, Lots Of White

My left tonsil is enlarged and red, lots of white dots on it, one white dot has been there for years, many years. I neglected to get it checked and now my neck hurts and pain radiating on the left side, the tonsil on my left is the one with all the white dots. I am getting a metal taste coming out of my lower gums, and headaches. Allot of inflammation and tingling and food is not tasting good, do not feel hungry at times or feel like eating.
