My Left Tonsil Is Flared Up Has Always Been The

My left tonsil is flared up has always been the first to go on any throat infection and it will not go away. About every couple months I cough up a hard thing I thing it's a tonsil rock. I do smoke a lot for in related issues like nausea and Ibs and recently got approval from my dr for a marijuana license but question is have a damagedy tonsils to much or should I try the edible stuff take into account my throat has been susceptible to infection my whole life
