My Left Tonsil Is Swollen And Irregular. There Is A

My left tonsil is swollen and irregular. There is a large lump in front of my tonsil, and the space between has a pus-like substance in it. My throat is sore, only on the left side. The right side is normal looking, except for the same pus-like substance. What should my course of action be? This all developed in one day. I am a 20 yr female, with a history of bronchitis.
