My Left Ventricle Is Functioning At Either 50% Or 53%

My left ventricle is functioning at either 50% or 53% both of which are below average. I was also told I had an enlarged Aorta and I'm wondering what the next step should be. I'm getting conflicting reports from my VA health care team. I drank river water in Vietnam and was exposed to Agent Orange through our drinking water. I'm 65 and feel like I'm falling apart.
