My Left Wrist Had Been Bothering Me For A Couple

My left wrist had been bothering me for a couple weeks. The bone the sets naturally( in the middle of the back of my hand) is about twice the size as the right. and I have constant pain from my wrist up through my first two fingers . Any help would be appreciated!
