My Left Wrist Is Swollen And Hurts A Lot. There

My left wrist is swollen and hurts a lot. There are three small sores around my wrist. Now i have a fever of 103 and my wrist is hurting even more. I went to the hospital for an x-ray and there is no fracture. The last thing i did was wear a G shock watch around my wrist which is what created the three sores around my wrist. The pain is so intense in my wrist it feels like its broken. The pain is all the way to the elbow. I have a headache, high fever and a stiff kneck.
